I was thinking about Leonora Carrington's Inn of the Dawn Horse when I decided how to make the chair. I was amused by Susan Aberth's words about Leonora's chair and they fit perfectly with what this piece is about, so in a bit of a subversion, I illustrated 'what she said' where the chair's concerned, anyway.
